Without your diligence and dedication, we may have lost our entire sale due to all the problems we had with the mortgage company we selected. Once our closing documents got into your hands, everything worked like a well oiled machine. This was the first time in the entire loan process that things finally worked out better than anything I would have ever expected. I still can’t believe you were able to coordinate all of the people on your end in such a timely and professional manner – especially in light of it being on the first day of a long, holiday weekend. As I said before, you guys ROCK!

I just wanted to express to you how thankful I am to have you and your staff working on most of my closings. After today I appreciate you even more. I am working on a transaction on a HUD owned property and they allow you to use only one escrow company…no choices. This company is very bad at customer service and pays no attention to dates. They work on files in the order received. They won’t even accept docs from the lender until they are ready for them. They want 45 days from receipt of the contract to process, regardless of when the lender can close or if it is cash and no lender is involved…very frustrating.
You and Sarah and Ali are terrific and I wish I could have you work on my files EVERY time.
